Getting started is simple. Create your account, add your employees, and configure your first timeclock — all in under 10 minutes. Our setup wizard walks you through each step, and our support team is available if you need help.
All you need is an internet connection and an email address to create your account. For mobile clock-ins, employees will need a smartphone with the VEA Timeclock app. For kiosk mode, any tablet or desktop computer works.
Yes. Our mobile app (iOS and Android) lets employees clock in and out from any smartphone with GPS verification. Managers can also set up dedicated timeclock kiosks for shared workstations or job sites.
